Refund Policy
At Solidus Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with the items you received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: Return Authorization
โ Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please note: Do NOT return items to the address on the original delivery package.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
๐ฆ Send the item(s) back to the return address provided. Once shipped, email us the tracking number or a valid return receipt as proof of return.
Step 4: Return Shipping Costs
We currently do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. This means that return shipping costs are the customerโs responsibility, unless the return is due to a Solidus Market error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
Refund Process
Once we confirm your return tracking number or receipt, we will proceed with an exchange or refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will email you within 24 hours with an update.
๐ฐ Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation and will be credited to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
๐ Note: The original shipping fee and shipping insurance (if purchased) are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
๐น Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
๐น All return requests must be approved by customer service before sending back any items.
If you receive an item with a quality issue or incorrect size, please send us clear photos showing the issue, and we will provide a return address immediately.

Taxes & Duties
All items are shipped duty unpaid, meaning customs charges may apply based on your countryโs regulations and shipping method. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
